Fill in our Expression of Interest form, then proceed to choose your dream home from our 22 stunning contemporary designs, crafted to suit various lifestyles—from spacious family residences to elegant cluster homes.
Step 2: Build Now, Pay for Land Later
A non-refundable commitment fee of $900 is payable upon signing the purchase agreement. This fee covers administrative processing, allocation of your stand, and the mobilisation of resources necessary to initiate building works. Construction may commence immediately afterwards, without the need for an upfront land payment.
Step 3: Manageable Monthly Fees
Build your dream home at your own pace over 36 months, without the burden of strict scheduled payments or interest charges. A monthly fee of US$450 is levied until you reach the superstructure stage, towards water and electricity used during construction, security for your materials, and maintenance of your stand.
Step 4: Finalize Land Payment & Adjust CostsUpon completion of your superstructure, you may proceed to finalize the land payment. A nominal monthly estate levy of just US$150 will then be charged to cover ongoing maintenance and improvements within the estate.
